Where is it played?:

In a quietish space


One player is blindfolded and sits on a chair in the middle of the room. A bunch of keys are placed under the chair


Everyone else stands at the edge of the space (e.g. by the walls)


In silence they aim to approach the chair and lift the keys without being heard.


If the “blindman” hears something he/she points to the thief and they are OUT


If someone manages to lift the keys out and get back to the wall they have won, and can become the next blindman

Variations from other places:

Variation: the “blind man” has a rolled up newspaper and tries to touch (hit) any heard incomers. If they are touched they are out.
